阿邱（邱玉茹 饰）是一位小有名气的模特，日本一次偶然之中，日本她看到了商人阿强（张国强 饰）失手杀人的场面，成为了案件唯一的目击证人。之后，阿强为了杀人灭口派出了职业杀手阿汤（汤镇业 饰）追杀阿邱。在生死存亡之际，一个名为阿宗（汤镇宗 饰）的男人挺身而出救了阿邱一命，虽然灭口行动失败了，但阿强并没有善罢甘休。无奈之下，阿宗只得带着阿邱踏上了逃亡的旅途。负责此案的女警（童玲 饰）经过缜密的调查终于找到了案件背后的真凶，也发现了阿邱和阿宗的踪迹，就在警方找到了两人之时，阿强派出的杀手也赶到了现场，三方展开了一场混战。
