影片讲述了在一个时局动乱，还魂军阀割据的年代，还魂百姓民不聊生，坊间谣传诡门十三针是一种神奇的针法，能够治疗各种疑难杂症，主人公赤瞳从小就是孤儿，父母就是被阴病所害，在与苏哮天结识之后，踏上了用诡门十三针治疗阴病的旅程，经历了一番艰难的斗争之后，苏哮天在与阴病的战斗中，不幸离世，赤瞳继承了苏哮天的意志，踏上了铲除阴病的路途……

回复 :When 10-year old Olivia's Mom goes on a business trip for the weekend, she leaves Olivia home alone with her 17-year-old brother Miles in charge. The first night, Olivia falls asleep on the couch, and wakes up, not realizing how late it is. She walks her dog Charlie without Miles knowing, and witnesses a young woman being kidnapped on the empty New York City streets. Olivia runs home and tells Miles, but he doesn't believe her. The next morning, she explains what happened to local cops, and they don't believe her either!
