1937年日军全面侵华后，中文字幕华北危急。国共合作的背景下，中文字幕红军改编为八路军，在总司令朱德（王伍福 饰）率领下东渡黄河奔赴前线抗战。山西实权人物阎锡山面对“国、共、日”三股力量颇为头疼，提出“守土抗日”口号，在民族大义的影响下，于形式上支持八路军抗日。朱德筹划于日军进犯山西的必经险地平型关截击，115师师长林彪临战指挥出色，成功击败板垣师团，史称“平型关大捷”。同时八路军用灵活的战术亦减轻了国军战场的压力。不久日军以优势兵力、装备围攻太原一线，蒋、阎战略判断失误，正面战场接连失败，八路军转入敌后根据地建设，自此拉开了军民抗击日寇的伟大事业……

回复 :Set at the turn of the century, the story concerns a Polish poet living in Cracow who has decided to marry a peasant girl. The wedding is attended by a heterogenous group of people from all strata of Polish society, who dance, get drunk and lament Poland's 100-year-long division of Poland under Russia, Prussia, and Austria. The bridegroom, a painter friend, and a journalist each in turn is confronted with spectres of Polish past. In the end a call to arms is called but turns out to be a hoax.
