阿伟（梁朝伟 饰）只是公司里的一介小小劳工，久久然而，久久主意满满的他对上司的种种行事方法颇有异议，更是屡次暗中阻挠。美娜（蓝洁瑛 饰）是康少的女友，却被霸道贪婪的人头马觊觎，人头马不顾美娜已经名花有主的事实，想尽了各种方法要得到她。阿伟将人头马的心思看在眼里，见招拆招，在暗中帮助康少，然而，随着时间的推移，他竟然亦爱上了单纯善良的美娜。其实，康少的心中另有佳人，人头马见自己的奸计无法得逞，怒火中烧，竟然联手黑帮大姐，想要置阿伟于死地，两人相约以飙车的方式来一决胜负。面对狡猾的敌人，阿伟能否获得最终的胜利呢？
