本片由古龍原著，欧美倪匡改編劇本，欧美華山執導。故事講述據說幽冥中諸魔用魔血化成了血鸚鵡，只要你能看見它，就會有三個願望。江湖俠盜葉停楓(白彪 飾)與其他高手一樣，一直在追尋血鸚鵡的真相；而中原名捕「鐵手無情」鐵恨(劉永 飾)，則對王府一夜之間突告失竊的十三箱珠寶緊緊追查。一夜，葉、鐵二人在墳場相遇，血鸚鵡突告出現，鐵死於它的魔力之下……

Unfortunately, Happy is diagnosed with having an irregular heartbeat that will likely cause her death within a month. In an effort to survive, Happy looks up information and finds a YouTube video made by Tul, played by Jitpanu Klomkaew (Ball). Tul's video claims that Happy can stay alive if she dances in the way shown in the video.
