时隔仅仅半年时间，谷第居住在埼玉县上尾市的丸井家三胞胎：谷第长女三叶（高垣彩陽 配音）、（明坂聡美 配音）、三女一叶（戸松遥 配音）卷土重来。三叶继续将自己的御姐女王气质以及S向趣味发扬光大，而减肥和贪嘴仍是她持续面对的重要难题；双叶目测胸围的段数不断提升，其天然呆可爱气质又让人生出暖暖的感觉；一叶的阴郁不断加深，诅咒的本领也越来越强。搞笑故事不断升级，丸井三姐妹再次为观众们带来了无穷多的乐趣……本片根据桜井のりお的搞笑萌系漫画改编，第二波TV动画版仅在电视台播送了8话，另有未公开的4话附于随后发行的DVD套装中。
