回复 :1993年6月，东海化工与洛达公司的跨国合作正在如火如荼地推进，而促成东海合资的关键人物宋运辉（王凯 饰），正在各方面都比不上东海的彭阳农药厂带着工人们搞工艺改革，经历了东海到彭阳巨大落差的宋运辉依然秉持奋斗初心。雷东宝（杨烁 饰）带领登峰电线厂合并小厂，成立雷霆电缆集群，他立规矩、跑投标、搞外贸、招商引资，尝尽人情冷暖，但仍然把集体和村民的利益摆在首位。杨巡（董子健 饰）与梁思申（杨采钰 饰）合作建商场。梁思申在合资中尽力平衡着洛达和东海的利益，最终用自己的退出让东海恢复安全生产。从起初的避嫌到逐渐敞开心扉，宋运辉和梁思申互通心意，携手面对未来的挑战。一路浮沉，风云变幻，不变的是勇往直前的追梦人们的实干与拼搏。
