剧情简介
作品的舞台是战乱不绝的“肯修姆”大陆，其中拥有青之瞳的王国“瑟古亚”与拥有赤之瞳的帝国“尼特鲁多”围绕着大陆的占有率而不停开战，一直处于劣势的青之瞳的王国“瑟古亚”，因音速少年基亚的登场，改变了一直以来处于劣势的战况，故事便由此展开了。
