回复 :在河北省张家口市的国家级贫困村玉狗梁，这里年轻人都外出打工谋生，村里只剩下100来位留守老人和妇女，大多身患疾病。影片讲述了在校老师卢文正响应国家号召到玉狗梁村担任书记，带领村内病弱的老人和妇女练起了瑜伽，提高村民身体素质，号召各家各户开始种植藜麦，虽然过程中发生了很多啼笑皆非的故事，但玉狗梁村最终摘下了贫困帽子，成为了远近闻名的“中国瑜伽第一村”。
