故事发生在位于日本电器街的一间名为“BOOKS马之骨”的书店里，亚洲海雄（逢坂良太 配音）和小日（高森奈津美 配音）是其中的店员，亚洲海雄负责为顾客量身挑选适合他们的漫画和游戏，而小日却对这一切知之甚微。表面看来，海雄十分平凡，但实际上，在他的内心里，汹汹燃烧着对二次元世界的专注于热情。每天，有无数人在书店里进进出出，甚至连在书店里工作的店员们也都是令人侧目的“奇葩”和“怪胎”。有着双重性格的同人漫画家老师（津田美波 配音）、外表孱弱性格暴力的腐妞（竹达彩奈 配音）、轻小说作家津守（佐藤聪美 配音）等等，这些奇怪又可爱的宅人们在电器街头交织出一片色彩灿烂绚丽的画卷。
