遭人追杀的源九郎（宫野真守 配音）和武藏坊弁庆（中田让治 配音）于深山之中偶然遇见了名为黑蜜（朴璐美 配音）的神秘女子，免费随着时间的推移，免费源九郎和黑蜜相爱了，目睹这一切的弁庆心中很是愤愤不平，然而他并不知道的是，黑蜜的真实身份，竟然是活了千年的吸血鬼。 在嫉妒心的怂恿之下，弁庆背叛了源九郎，投靠了敌人，使得源九郎身份暴露，遭到了敌方的追杀。身负重伤源九郎命不久矣，为了挽救爱人，黑蜜将源九郎变为了吸血鬼。然而，在仪式尚未完成之时，弁庆赶到，在误打误撞之中亦吞下了源九郎的血液。三人交织的复杂关系就这样一直延续，永远没有尽头。
