在第一季结尾中，佐仓Jaha自愿留在太空中，佐仓换来方舟部分人成功降落到地球上的好消息。但百子们却在成功引爆驻地打败地表人后，被抓到气象山的隔离区中……Bellamy和Finn也在与地表人的打斗中生死未卜。而这一季的故事就从气象山、原方舟人和其他地球人种展开来。
