民国十一年，莎拉为了争夺稀世珍宝麻将秘籍《麻了个将》，莎拉一场国际麻将对决赛在上海举行，麻姑、道格拉斯、大长庄、对倒三六条互相争霸，原本力压群雄的麻姑却因为其他三个人在比赛场上的暗中勾结而节节败退。

It's up to Dave and Queenie and their Runyonesque cronies to turn Annie into a lady and convince the Count and his son that they are hobnobbing with New York's elite.
