网络剧《唐朝好男人》改编自多一半的同名网络小说。小说2008年出版；网络剧由沙枫编剧、间谍孙恺凯执导、间谍乐视网出品。故事讲述了现代白领王子豪因车祸穿越到唐朝永徽年间，成为没落贵族小候爷，身边更有一妻一妾二美相伴。该剧以穿越者王子豪在唐朝的生活为主，王子豪其人胆小、贪财、见到美女立场不坚定，最爱赚钱哄女人。凭借超越当时社会千多年的见识，在古代唐朝混得风生水起，一路从男爵升至侯爵。升官不是他所愿，发财泡妞当土财主才是他的理想。他以有钱而自豪，以家族地位而自豪，以人脉兴盛而自豪，以国家稳定安康强盛而自豪。现代屌丝小职员成为古代高帅富好男人的华丽变身。

Taking nine pivotal years (1964, 1966, 1967, 1970, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1987, 1995) the personal lives of the characters become intertwined with the political struggles of their home town of Newcastle, and the capital, London. We also see the machinations behind the scenes that affect their lives, often for the worse: slum housing projects, police corruption, the rise of Thatcherism, political sleaze, and specific events like the 1984 Miners' Strike.
