一所專為格鬥而設的特色高中會定期舉辦拳擊淘汰賽，业余獲勝者可以獲得格鬥大賽參賽權。某日，业余校園來了一名轉學生－號稱找不到對手的街頭鬥士尚九，他加入新學校，目標是學校風雲人物民國；原來尚九是為了替好友報仇，他參加校內正式舉行的拳擊淘汰賽，準備與第一高手一決高下。
