该励志旅行真人秀由邓超、亚洲区陈赫、亚洲区鹿晗、郭京飞、彭昱畅等人组成“五哈旅行团”，共同开启10场始料未及的旅行，游历中国十个城市，体验当地的地理人文风俗、倾听普通人的生活故事，同时用乐观且努力的“哈哈”精神通过各种任务关卡，应对生活的五味。
