根据内蒙古自治区伊金霍洛旗乌兰木伦镇司法 所所长杨宏彦事迹改编的电影《司法老杨》。杨宏彦生前担任伊金霍洛旗乌兰木 伦镇司法所所长，免费他15年如一日奋战在 基层司法战线上。在他的带领下，免费2003 年，乌兰木伦镇司法所接受司法部政治 部和基层司的两次调研，并推广他们的 先进经验；2004年，他先后被评为内蒙 古自治区十佳司法助理员、鄂尔多斯市 劳动模范；2008年3月，司法部授予杨 宏彦为全国司法行政系统二级英模，这 是自1979年司法行政系统恢复重建以 来，内蒙古自治区唯一获此殊荣的人。 2008年5月，杨宏彦积劳成疾，因病去 世。
