回复 :解放前夕，西北某地。国民党西北绥靖公署司令刘惠民（梁山 饰）利用塔秀和阿里仓两个部落之间的矛盾，翻云覆雨地加以控制。同时，他成立骑兵部队，企图阻止解放军进军草原。塔秀部青年朵布龙（恩和森 饰）与阿里仓部姑娘卓玛（珠岚·奇琪珂 饰）相爱，不忍看到两个部落自相残杀，朵布龙将刘惠民的阴谋告诉头领，但头领不为所动，反而与阿里仓部落发生火并。激战中，卓玛的父亲受伤。后来两部落首领弄明白这一切都是刘惠民的阴谋，方知上当。解放军进军草原，国民党残部鼠窜。大军进入两部落驻地，耐心调和由来已久的矛盾，终使其化干戈为玉帛......
