电影讲述了30出头的平面设计师徐英(千禹熙 饰)由于患有耳鸣症和头晕症状，刺客再加上自己是非正式员工和与家人之间的问题等不安因素，刺客在42楼高层办公室工作对她非常艰难。虽然与在公司内很受欢迎的镇秀(刘太旿 饰)享受着甜蜜的办公室恋情，但这一关系也同样岌岌可危。某一天，徐英与在都市楼群里像蜘蛛侠般单靠着一根绳的男人(郑在光 饰)隔着玻璃窗互相对望，渐渐地这个男人开始抓住她疲惫的心。
