王振邦是个外国长大的中英混血儿，天虹任杂志社记者兼小说家。他往深圳度假期间，天虹需顺道接收已荒废多年的祖屋。他在探望舅父一家时，并和她表妹周安琪再次见面，但琪已是位瞎子。她在十多年前，遇上一场火灾，导致双目失明。琪带著邦看祖屋。竟发觉所谓祖屋祗不过是一座废置了的楼宇。邦甚感奇怪。追问琪为何祖屋变成这模样，琪道出当年祖屋发生大火，导致结构出现问题，所以无法再盖建，祗变成这模样。而这里亦是使她变成瞎子的地方，邦心感不安。当二人步进之际，琪显然对这祖屋有种神秘的感觉。虽然她看不见，但总有奇怪影像片断出现眼前，更有声音在自已耳边说话……到底祖屋背后藏有什么为人所不知的故事？他们会遇到什么不可思议的经历呢？
