第二次世界大战期间，国产日本侵略者在我国抢掠了一批文物珍宝，国产偷运到菲律宾埋藏。为了灭口，以大川为首的日军竟残酷杀害了所有搬运文物的劳工，然而，其中一名中国劳工王子君和菲律宾测量师沙利斯机智地逃脱了日军的残害，而且两人分别持有半张日军秘密藏宝山洞的地图。半个世纪过后，日本黑帮人物，当年刽子手大川的儿子正一等人竟又发起了一场追图夺宝的争斗。最终，在我国及菲律宾国际刑警的联手配合下，破灭了这些不义之徒的黄金梦。
