小说家尹熙（曹安）因为找不到新鲜素材，暖花眼见走进创作危机，暖花从现在越南生活的旧友徐英（车艺莲）口中得知“muoi”的传说后，尹熙决定以该传说为核心展开新的小说创作，然而因为前一部小说影射了徐英，且有许多不实之言，尹熙去越南之前内心忐忑。徐英的变化和热情令尹熙大为吃惊，但与徐英交流时的不自然并没影响到她对“muoi”的热情，然而在更加投入地搜集相关的工作时，种种不可思议的怪事开始发生，尹熙渐渐觉得，眼前的徐英是被“抽象画中的越南少女”附了体的。
