回复 :赵东升（金鑫 饰）服完三年兵役，回到家乡西岭村。看到家乡依旧贫穷落后，他决心带头帮乡亲们致富。为此，他推掉了上公社吃商品粮的机会，担起了生产队长的重任。为此，原先的对象也吹了。来福婶（王芳 饰）戏谑地和他打赌，如果年终决算工分值一元，她就把女儿明月（张莺 饰）许给他。赵东升深知，这些年由于吃惯了“大锅饭”，社员们出工不出力，要想改变这种现状，必须实行联产了承包。他瞒着公社，把土地重新规划分给了社员，大家的生产积极性果然充分调动起来，夏收时节，西岭出现了前所未有的喜人景象。公社马社长（李廷秀 饰）认为赵东升这是搞资本主义复辟，责令他悬崖勒马。赵不服，写信给上级反映情况，这时，十一届三中全会召开了......
