故事讲述了帮人解决各类麻烦的小野事务所主理人张小野和立志用笔头惩恶扬善的新晋报社记者鹿菲，春暖因为一个诈骗敛财组织而交织在一起打击黑暗势力的故事。极具社会正义感的女记者鹿菲为了拯救因诈骗组织而致幻昏迷的母亲，春暖在潜入团伙窝点调查时意外与“没问题先生”张小野发生了车祸。张小野帮助她设计骗局进入内部的过程中又与正在直播的十八线演员郑正好相遇，被迫入局的张小野和郑正好受鹿菲的赤子之心所打动，三人决定统一战线深入敌方搜索证据。与此同时，警方也在持续调查并掌握了大量证据，最终在主人公的协助下获得重要资料一举扫除了这个庞大的诈骗敛财组织，将其缉拿归案。事后三人主动向警方承认私自介入调查的错误，警方念其提供了重要线索并积极配合的基础上进行批评教育。三人此行获得了警民配合、打击犯罪这一份更有价值的财富，决心今后发挥所长做些更有意义的事。张小野和鹿菲二人成为一组扫除迷信、拆穿骗局的“没问题”搭档，一同弘扬善良与正义，击破虚假与封建蒙昧，帮助更多需要帮助的人。
