在美国一个小镇里，手机有很多的人离奇死去。他们的身体被不明物体咬得残缺不全。卫生部长麦克查得该镇的大部分地区是建在有毒的垃圾场，手机这种有毒的废料改变了蛞蝓的基因，使其变成食肉怪兽，并以惊人的速度繁殖，麦克和他的朋友为了拯救小镇的居民，带上特制的药水冲向蛞蝓的老穴。
