本片是《蝎子王2：百日勇士的崛起》的续集。环球投资，百日泰国制造的电视影，DVD已于2011年发行上市。影片一开始，莫萨尤斯失去了他心爱的皇后并且被前国王驱赶。现在莫萨尤斯受到了埃及国王荷鲁斯的雇佣保护盟友不受敌人的攻击，而作为回报，国王将会把女儿和拥有神力的徽章赐予莫萨尤斯。莫萨尤斯接受了这危险的任务，并且将要面对危险的敌人。

回复 :二战中的南亚战场，日军施突袭俘虏了四位盟国将军，军方为挽回影响，出重金指派魔鬼上尉段宏（王羽 饰）组建特工队搭救盟友。段宏找来老孙、草上飞、比利以及后加入的雷莉（林青霞 饰）协助。特工队路经烈女族势力范围，段宏中枪坠车，其余人被烈女族当家（郑少秋 饰）下令羁押，一路尾随的江湖拳手二牛（成龙 饰）在雷莉危难时刻出手相助。特工队冲入日军营地，段宏突然现身，引发一场混战。导演朱延平在本片中杂糅卓别林的默片表演风格、西部片布景氛围、僵尸电影的桥段以及当时的流行歌曲炮制出这部动作笑闹剧，在当年票房颇丰，同时本片也是成龙与朱延平的首次合作。
