根据去年播出的「时间飞船24」世界观改编，惊心以三恶人为主人公的时间飞船系列作品。三恶人是指本作中的坏蛋三人组，惊心平常的掩饰身份为世界最大的教科书出版社“历史天国社”第14仓库课的成员，分别是毕玛乔（喜多村英梨）、兹夫亚基（平田广明）和铃木（三宅健太）。
