梦瑶（黄奕 饰）是一位单亲妈妈，午夜和女儿雯雯（程小夏 饰）过着相依为命的生活，午夜为了赚钱养家，梦瑶从事着网络女主播的工作，日子过得虽然非常的辛苦，但只要能够和女儿在一起，梦瑶觉得吃再多的苦都无所谓。雯雯马上就要到上学的年纪了，梦瑶带着她搬到了一处便宜的离谱的学区房里，也就是从这一刻起，母女两人的命运被改变了。新家里的气氛十分的诡异，常常出现科学无法解释的奇怪现象。一天，梦瑶震惊的得知，雯雯竟然在是梦里玩了碟仙游戏，在传说中，所有玩了这个游戏的人，都无法活过7日。为了拯救女儿的性命，梦瑶开始调查起这间屋子的过去。
